On the generalized report form please place the following information in 
the big box:

Pure Unknown:  <unknown number>
Compound 1 :   <name of compound>

Binary Unknown: <unknown number>
Compound 1: <name of compound>
Compound 2: <name of compound>

All you have to turn in is the Generalized lab report form (cover page) 
and the two other report sheets.  I do not want any of the pages from 
your lab notebook.
