Okay -- I sat down today to start reviewing the prelab grades for the
Density of an Unknown Solid and Measuring Uncertainty and discovered
that roughly 1/3 of the class has not done them. Several people have
contacted me about apparent problems with BlackBoard. Others stated
that they did not know they had to do prelabs! Well -- I am a patient
man and understand that there are many things to learn at the beginning
of ones college career. I am going to give those who did not complete
the prelabs until MONDAY to get them done.
If you have not logged into BlackBoard -- then do it now. If you have
problems using BlackBoard then get to the Learning Technology Center in
Stetson on Friday.
Understand that all of the prelabs together count for roughly 1/4 of you
lab grade!
Finally -- if you know people in your section that are not receiving
e-mail notifications, please tell them to contact me. As you have seen,
I do a lot of communicating with the class via e-mail. Students that
aren't regularly checking their e-mail are going to find themselves at a
severe disadvantage.
