[CHM 111] Sapling

So on these you are looking at how the work done by the gas affects the 
volume.  Basically you are using

$w=-P\Delta V$

where the pressure is contant.   The hardest part of this problem is 
getting the units correct.    The work is in joules, so the pressure has 
to be in Joules.  1 atm = 101.325 J, and 1 atm = 760 torr.  Work is also 
being done on the system, so $w$ takes on a negative sign.

$-w =  -\frac{p}{760} (101.325) (V_f-V_i)$

and you solve for $V_f$
