[CHM 111] Tutorial for VSEPR shapes

I really can't believe that Dr. Bertrand's Mindspring web page is still 
active -- but it is! He was truly an innovator. This webpage was created 
before some of you were born!

I mentioned his tutorial on determining VSEPR shapes.  I have created a 
link to the tutorial on the class web page in the TUTORIAL section.
