[CHM 111] Sapling Confusion on HW1/CH1

Students -- there has been some confusion related to the first 
assignment in Sapling that I want to clear up.  You may see a HW1 and a 
CH1  -- these were initially linked into one assignment but are now two 
different things.   Some of you have started HW1 and some of you have 
started CH1.   I have set BOTH of these up so that they are UNGRADED as 
my intent is for you to use them to see how Sapling works.  I am going 
to give you 100% credit on them if you just attempt all the problems ON 
TIME.

*This is important -- YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE ONE OF THEM -- either 
CH1 or HW1.
*

In the future you should only see one option show up -- and it will be 
graded on completion as well as accuracy.

Please note -- I did change the due date for the chapter one Sapling to 
be by the end of the day on August 31 (which is this coming Thursday).


Get the easy points while you can and keep the questions coming if you 
have them...
