[CHM 111] Prelab and Sapling Due Dates Updated

I got a flurry of e-mails last night from people having issues with 
Canvas and I was not able to address those issues last night, so I moved 
the due date for the first prelab to next Thursday morning.

I have also moved the due date for the first set of Sapling items 
(either chapter 1 or homework 1) to midnight next Thursday.
