[CHM 111] Lecture Slides for Chapter 4

The lecture slides for Chapter 4 are now on the class website. We will 
start chapter 4 tomorrow.   When we finish chapter 4 we will revisit 
stoichiometry and include the stoichiometry of solutions in our 
discussions.

I will go ahead and post the notes that I gone over or intend to go over 
as a part of those chapter 3/chapter 4 topics.  They will also be found 
in the REFERENCE section of the class web page.
