[CHM 111] Sapling Chapter 5 - Again

A few of you have reported issues with Sapling not showing up properly.  
These are SAPLING issues and when things like this happen you need to 
contact Sapling directly as I do not maintain or manage their web

I have re-opened chapter 5 until Friday - but it will close then.  You 
have until then to work with Sapling to resolve your issues.
