You can do your calculations wherever you want.  In general I would like 
to see one sample calculation in either the lab notebook or as a page 
submitted with your lab report.


As far as drawings, all of the equipment in this lab is "standard" -- 
burets, flasks, balances.  As such they do not need to be drawn.  If you 
constructed a special device to perform part of the experiment then that 
would be a case where you would want to sketch it.
