[CHM 111] Video on Preparing Calorimetry Graphs

I made a video on how to create the calorimetry graphs so that you can
accurately determine the temperature difference.  It is available on our
class CANVAS page in the MODULES section.  I also opened the assignment
dropboxes for Lab 3 in CANVAS.

Please let me know if you have any issues.  I moved the due date to
Sunday night at midnight.
