[CHM 111] Report Form

Thanks to those of you that noticed that the report form for the lab
that you did today was missing from CANVAS.  I found the file and it is
now on CANVAS where it should be.

Also -- the first thing you need to concern yourself with is calculating
the concentrations of your solutions correctly and making a calibration
plot.  I have provided a sample plot on the class website in the LAB
section.  Your plots will obviously have different values -- but
otherwise our plots should look similar.

My sample plot does not include the trend-line equation.  Yours should.
