[CHM 111] Alum Lab Extension

I've gotten a lot of questions about the Alum lab.  This is really an 
easy writeup if you understand how to do the stoichiometry.  To give you 
all a little breathing room, I extended the deadline for the Alum lab to 
this Wednesday at 11 pm.
