I wanted to confirm if we're still having our chapter 3 and 4
test this coming Monday? If we are, are the problems you posted
for both chapters 3 and 4 (along with the slides) sufficient for
studying or should I invest my time focusing on reading the
chapters over again.</div>

<p>We are having our test over chapters 3 and 4 on Monday. I will
have the tests laid out on the desks like last time starting at 10
am.</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p> You question about the problems is a little more difficult to
answer. As I mentioned two weeks ago, the best way to prepare for
the test is to:</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>1. Read the chapters <br>
</p>
<p>2. Work the example problems in the chapter</p>
<p>3. Do the odd problems at the end of the chapter that are keyed
to the sections -- especially the ones that are mentioned on the
class web page<br>
</p>
<p>4. Then attempt my problems</p>
<p>5. Then work as many problems as you can from the "additional
problems"</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>The "success algorithm" is contained in the class notes.</p>
<p><br>
</p>
