    <p>So the quiz this morning was designed to see if you were working

      Burdge problems as almost all of the balancing equations came

      straight from the text.  I really do recommend that you attempt

      the problems I recommend from the text.</p>

    <p>I have also opened the CHEM 101 online homework problems for

      chapters 3 and 4 of Burdge.  The syllabus shows your next exam on

      October 7.  That's a typo -- Fall break is October 7-8.  Your next

      exam will be on October 6.  It will cover through chapter 4.   We

      will start chapter 5 before the exam, but I will cut off the

      content for exam 2 to just be through chapter 4.</p>
