You cannot do the prelab without reading the lab because the questions use the same volumes you will be using in the laboratory.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Once you get past that, there is the issue of significant figures. Use the following digits for these problems:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Concentration of NaOH question – you will report 4 digits (ie when I did it, I reported 0.1324 and that was correct). Don’t do too much rounding until the end. Use all of the digits you are eligible to use plus one or two more to avoid rounding errors.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Average deviation: use 2 sig figs (I gave an answer as 0.0021 and that was correct)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Millimoles of acid per gram question: report 4 significant digits. This is millimolar so convert moles to millimoles.
