[CHM 112] Remainder of Chapter 17 Burdge Problems

I just posted the solutions to the last few questions I recommended in 
Burde to the class website.

After looking a little deeper into 126 I decided to remove it from the 
list of recommended problems (my solution is several pages long and 
still requires a good bit of justification...)
