[CHM 112] Lab Clothing Today

Students -- in lab today you will be using potassium permanganate.  This 
stuff has a deep purple color and will stain anything it touches.  I 
encourage you to wear particularly "old" clothes today that you don't 
care about getting stained.

If you get potassium permanganate on you it will also stain you -- but 
will wear off in a few weeks.  Clothes are forever stained.

So, unless you want your clothes to look like this guy's

take appropriate measures!
