[CHM 112] Students requiring more time on tests

If you had me sign a form at the beginning of the semester indicating 
that you needed more time on tests, then you must see Ms. Carole 
Burrobridge in the ACCESS and Accommodations office before Monday.  
Othewise you will have to take the test with me at 8:00 am on Monday 
within the allotted time.
