It should just be a matter of rearrangement...

$K = 0.016 = \frac{0.000618}{(0.0209)^2(x)}$

$\frac{(0.016)(0.0209)^2}{0.000618} = \frac{1}{x}$

$\frac{0.000618}{(0.016)(0.0209)^2} = x$

$x = 8843$
