[CHM 112] Prelab Quiz

There is an issue with the quiz on BlackBoard.   I spent several minutes 
on BlackBoard trying to resolve the problem yesterday but to no avail.   
Once I fix the problem I will open it to the class. Don't worry - I will 
give you plenty of time to complete it.
