Using your calibration plot and the absorbance of your unknown, you can
determine the concentration of your unknown.  Since you know the
molarity of your unknown and the volume of your unknown, you can
calculate the moles of of nickel sulfate hexahydrate in your unknown. 
If you know the number of moles and the molar mass, you can determine
the number of grams of nickel sulfate hexahydrate in your unknown.
