Hello Dr. Pounds,

Is the exam that we may or may not be having this coming
Wednesday only covering Equilibirum (Ch. 15 and 18), or does
it include acids and bases? Thanks

The exam will only cover through chapter 15 with the additional
material related to thermodynamics coming from chapter 18. The exam
will not cover acids and bases -- I will be moving that material to
the next exam.

Now, since we have reduced the material on the exam to topics that
we finished covering last Monday and, since Thursday (March 26th)
is the last day to withdraw from the course, I am going to have
to leave the exam on the day that it was originally scheduled --
WEDNESDAY March 25th . I will do my best to have the exams
graded by Thursday morning so that those of you considering
withdrawing from the class can make an informed decision.
