I would say pretty much everything in chapter 5.  As far as chapter 6 
goes, I would not worry about the section related to the mathematics 
behind the Valence Bond method (6.9), combining the LCAO and Valence 
Bond Methods (6.11 and 6.12) and certainly not the Deeper Look section 
on the Exact Molecular Orbitals for the hydrogen molecular ion (6.13).
