[CHM 330] Project 3

I have had several questions about when project 3 will be available.  I 
am actually re-coding it to make it easier for you to complete in a 
timely manner and still get the essence of what I want you to learn.  I 
should be done testing it this weekend and will hopefully have it ready 
for you on Monday.
