[CHM 330] Updated Mastering Dates for Initial Assignment

I moved the due date for the initial Mastering assignment (the 
introduction to Mastering) to next Wednesday.  These are basically "free 
points", but you have to do the assignment to get those points.  Thanks 
to those of you that have done the initial assignment and started on the 
chapter 2 Mastering problems. While I generally don't answer a lot of 
questions about the Mastering homework problems -- I will gladly offer 
hints and, for this first chapter, help you get started if you need it.
