[CHM 330] Pressure Units

One question that I have gotten several times relates to pressure
units.  Problems in your text often use 1 bar for pressure.  This is
approximately atmospheric pressure - but not exactly atmospheric pressure.

1 atm = 760 mmHg = 760 Torr = 101325 Pa = 1.01325 bar

so when the question says 1 bar, you should interpret that as 100000 Pa.

Keep the questions coming!
