[CHM 330] The Lowest Eigenvalue

When you start looking for the eigenvalues of the particle in the finite 
well potential the lowest eigenvalue, by definition, has to be of EVEN 
PARITY.  If for some reason your search determines that the lowest 
eigenvalue is of ODD PARITY, please let me know so we can get that 
straightened out before the project is due.
