[CHM 331] Problem 2d on Homework set 5

  Problem 2D on the homework set deals with plotting the potential 
energy surface for 1,2-Dichloroethane.  I did not get a chance to show 
you all how to modify the Z-Matrix to do this.  You are therefore not 
responsible for completing part 2.(d)  on this homework set (we will 
make it a part of the next homework set.)
