[CHM 331] K calculations (in SI Units)

Several of you are building your spreadsheets using SI units instead of 
CGS units.  That is fine with me.  While the value of K should be the 
same in both cases, the components of q will be different based on the 
units you use.

I made another sheet like the one I gave out in class today, but this 
time I did the calculations completely in SI units.  Copies of the sheet 
are available on the small table outside of my office.
