[CHM 331] HW8 (The Last One!)

HW 8 is now available on the class website.  While there are not a lot 
of problems, some of them will require you to build some  Excel 
spreadsheets.   I will try to be available as much as possible over the 
next couple of weeks to help you get these "debugged".
