[CHM 331] Okay -- I'm not losing my mind -- yet

I didn't assign 28.  -- I did assign 29.   Laidler 29 is the one with 
the wierd splitting in the Cl atomic ground state -- don't do that one.  
Now, another similar problem is problem 27.  You should have built a 
spreadsheet a few days ago to tackle that one (that was the first 
modification we made to your H2->2H spreadsheet).  I'll post my solution 
to this later.
