[CHM 331] HW Set 7

So we are not going to have time to dig into chapter 25, so the only
book problems you need to worry about for HW 7 are 24.16 and 24.18.  My
two problems should be pretty easy to pull together based on what you
already know.

I would like to spend classtime this week letting you complete HW 7 and
the computational chemistry capsule.  I would like all of that submitted
to me by the end of class on Friday.
