[CSC 125] Forms 2

I put a very small exercise (still worth 35 pts) on BlackBoard called 
Forms 2.

For those of you that got me completed Google Forms, you will notice 
that I have now populated those forms with mailing address information.  
Forms 2 basically deals wit converting that information into a 
spreadsheet format.  It's pretty simple.

The due date is this coming Thursday (July 12) by midnight.

Please check BlackBoard for the other due dates -- several things are 
due on Monday night.
