[CSC 204] Vista and Eclipse -- Round One

I got the same error. What I would do is:
1: Disable user account control (the problem may be a write issue)
2: Download WinRAR, for some reason the Windows extractor in Vista doesn't
work right
3: Right click on the zipped file and extract to a single folder using
WinRAR
4: Move the folder containing the extracted file to C:/Program Files
5: Create a shortcut from the shortcut already in the file
6: Run from desktop using the new shortcut
This will bypass some of the security checks and hopefully free up the
program. If it doesn't work let me know, there are some other tricks...
