[CSC 204] Updated Assignments and Lab

The updated (revised) version of Programming Assignment 5 is now on the 
class webpage along with Programming Assignment 6.

I also placed the information for this weeks lab on the website.  It is 
a short lab and some of you may be able to complete it early.
