[CSC 204] Small Change to my ShippingCrate.class file

In the document I gave you I told you to call getPackingEfficiency, but 
I didn't actually change the name in my old class file (it was still 
just PackingEfficiency).   I have corrected my class file for your 
testing purposes.

In short, you need a method called getPackingEfficiency()   not  
PackingEfficiency()
