[CSC 204] Late Programming Assignment 14

I have gotten a few text messages over the past two days from some 
students that informed me that they could not get their programs 
submitted on Friday due to poor internet or no internet in their off 
campus location.

As with all other programming assignments, I do accept them late. Per 
the class syllabus, however, submitting a program late voids your right 
to resubmit it with corrections.  I will not be accepting ANY program 14 
submissions after 11:59 pm on Monday 21 April.
