[CSC 204] Web Page Additions

  I have now placed links to download the Java development kit and 
Notepad++.  On each of these download pages you will have to select your 
operating system type for your personal machine.  If you have any 
problems please don't hesitate to contact me.

I am still testing the accessibility of the Z drive from outside of the 
CS building.  Once I have a better sense of how that works I'll let you 
know.
