[CSC 204] First Assignment Turnin

Since classes are canceled today, you may have until tomorrow to turn in 
your first programming assignment. Really this should only apply to 
those that need to be in the lab to complete the programming 
assignment.  The majority of you have already e-mailed me your 
Forecast.java file -- and I thank you for that.
