I was asked today to give you example problems from the book that might 
be representative of test questions.  Any of the problems in chapter 6 
(like R6.17 amd R6.18) that ask you to trace loops are good examples.  
There are also good coding exercises on page 298.

You also want to know about all of the different loop types and the 
enhance for loop.  Exercises in chapter 7 (like R7.3-R7.9) are good 
practice.  Please also look back at your quizzes on loops and arrays.

Know how arrays are created, indexed, resized, have elements inserted 
and deleted, and are sorted.
