[CSC 204] Test 2 Date

Students -- after reviewing your programs I would like to move the test 
from Wednesday of this week to Thursday of next week (10/16).  The test 
will then cover material through chapter 5.  We will spend tomorrow 
going over some of the things that troubled me in the programs as well 
as diving into chapter 5.

The submitted programs were generally good, but there were some common 
errors that we need to eliminate from our way of thinking before we 
continue.
