[CSC 204] Link about Wikileaks

Read over the sections and then look at the section called Z-End.    
Where, in you opinion, does Wikileaks cross the line from being a 
purveyor of truth to a criminal entitity?   How could this be policed or 
even governed?  Would the rights of others be affected as well?

I am still waiting to here from Mercer IT why my WebEx video hosting 
account was deactivated.    I will contact you later this evening with 
specifics about when and how we will conduct our online 
"conversation".   If I have to do this via Google Hangouts then we can't 
all participate at once and we will have to do multiple sessions.
