[CSC 204] Program 4 Extension

I am going to give an extension of program 4 to the Wednesday after 
Thanksgiving.  However, I am also going to go ahead and give out program 
5 next week.   Program 5 has some extra credit possibilities.  I have 
also redesigned assignment 5 so it is closely related to assignment 4.  
In other words, assignment 4 will be the starting point for assignment 5.
