After you read the timezone, then your substring call should be to read
to the end of the string. Use the overloaded substring method that
only has one argument -- the beginning of the substring to return. That
should pick up the daylight savings time.<br>

If that doesn't work, then try using the zipcoords.txt file.<br>

I am having trouble reading in the daylight savings portion of the
coordinates because that part is not separated by a comma. I know there
is something you can use called boundaries, like for white space or
words or non words- but I don't understand how to use them. Can you
help me?<br>
