[CSC 315] Phong Reflection Model Calculations

I placed a solution to the homework problem related to the Phong 
relection model on the class website.   This is an older solution I 
found (it still has a reference to the Foley book in it) -- but as long 
as you refer back to your class notes on the day we did the phong 
lighting model (which we did prior to test 3) you should have enough to 
understand what I am doing.
