[CSC 315] Group Programming Project File

The assignment for the group programming project is now on the class 
website.  I think I made all of the changes that we discussed in 
class.   The biggest changes being related to the display of the 
asteroids as lines, tesselated objects, or filled and the fact that not 
only do the asteroids move in random directions, they also spin in 
random directions.
