[CSC 315] Clipping Routines

For those of you that weren't in class on the day I gave out the 
clipping routines, you can now clone them from github.

These are the 2D clipping routines (Cohen-Sutherland and 
Sutherland-Hodgman) from the chapter 3 handouts of Foley et al. Look at 
those handouts for the explanations of the codes.  If you did not get 
the handout, let me know.   I made a few extra copies.

Remember -- you don't have to use these, but you are welcome to 
incorporate them into your arrow codes if you can't get your own clipper 
using the same algorithm to work.
