[CSC 315] Requesting Access to Anvil

[Andrew J. Pounds]

For those of you that do not have an anvil account (the gitlab server), 
please send Jesse Sowell (sowell_j at mercer.edu) an e-mail requesting access.

Please include:

 1. Your Name
 2. Your cobra login id (this will be your anvil login name)
 3. The e-mail address that you want to associate with your anvil
    account.  All notifications will go to this e-mail.
