[CSC 315] Updated Docs and Info

For those that were not in class on Friday, I have changed the due date 
for Programming Project 2 and it is reflected on the PDF assignment page 
posted on the class website.

The GROUP Programming assignment is also online now.

I created all of the repos today for the group programming assignment, 
added the team members, and assigned the repo master to the person that 
you all chose on Friday.  Feel free to start using those repos 
immediately to start development and start hashing out ideas.
