[CSC 315] Monday Class (make bootcamp)

Several of you have either not broken up your project 2 code to use a segmented makefile or are hitting the common problems that one encounters when using makefile.  

My plan for Monday is to walk through an example of how to break up your code appropriately and how to stitch together a makefile that relies on code dependencies to rebuild and piece the headers and object modules together correctly.
